The SmartCheck Program Results Windows has been re-designed to provide the traditional "Events" tab as well as a "Results" tab. The "Results" tab allows users to view rolled up event information that can be sorted by error type, size, frequency and location. The "Results" tab allows users to quickly sort the list of SmartCheck errors to locate large memory and resource leaks. In order to quickly identify serious problems, users can click on the column headings and sort the events by number of occurances, and in the case of memory leaks, the total size of the leak at each location. You can control the amount of duplicate/rolled up information by using the following check boxes on the Advanced Settings dialog box: Rollup Duplicate Errors, Rollup Duplicate Leaks, Suppress Duplicate Leaks and Errors. The Advanced Settings dialog can be invoked by selecting Settings from the Program menu and then clicking on the Advanced button on the Error Detection tab. In order to return SmartCheck to the 6.0 behaviour, uncheck the both of the Rollup Duplicate check boxes.

it is still used for VB reversing, and yet I didn't find any download link for it in this section. 18 downloads within a few hours shows how much it might be just a history.
