安全技术的摇篮

1. Senior QA Engineer * 3 (Dept of Opening: Core Tech, for IMHT Project)
Requirements:
-        VMware; QA automation;  able to script
-        Must have Internet distributed service/software concept
-        SMTP and other messaging security knowledge
Or:
-        Lab admin experience
-        Performance benchmark
-        Messaging security knowledge

2. Sr. Development engineer *3 (Dept of Opening: Core Tech, for IMHT Project)
Requirements:
-        SNMP, MIB, Nagios
-        Huge file system management for data warehousing and data mining
-        Database app experience
Or:
-        Significant knowledge in SMTP and its apps
-        Messaging security
-        Distributed SaaS service development and operations experience
-        Auto-deployment and auto-test framework
Or:
-        HTTP, Web 2.0, REST-full web service, SMTP
-        Database expert
-        API spec experience

3. Senior QA Engineer*1 (Dept of Opening: Data Center CBU, for DLP project)
Job Description:
-        Construct test environment and test tools
-        Design test case, execute test case and perform regression test
-        Deliver test report
-        Construct automation test and trouble shooting
-        Construct system testing such as performance testing, volume testing and stress testing
-        Perform requirement, design review and code review
-        Defect tracing and verification
-        Document preparation such as FAQ, Beta Script
Requirements:
-        Test design skill, QA sense and test methodology
-        Basic programming skill in perl, python and window script.
-        Trouble shooting skill
-        Network, windows and application level protocol knowledge
-        Test experience in one or more full project SDLC
-        Strong team work spirit and communication skill
-        Fluent English in writing and speaking
-        More than 2 years work experience in enterprise related product experience
Prefer:
-        C or C++ programming
-        Anti-virus and windows driver related domain knowledge
-        Database and web related domain knowledge
-        System test experience on enterprise product
-        Enterprise network environment deployment experience

4. Sr. Development Engineer * 1 (Dept of Opening: Data Center CBU, for DLP project)
Job Description
-        Design, implement Linux based application to provide centralized control for endpoints with high capacity in DLP team
-        Performance tuning
Requirements:
-        MS with 2+ years/BS with 4+ years Linux/Unix programming experience of C/S application or LKM.
-        Good knowledge of network programming.
-        With good sense of OOA/OOD
-        Excellent C&C++ skill
-        Self-motivated style.
Prefer
-        Experience of server clustering, service load balancing.

5. Sr. Development Engineer *3 (Dept of Opening: Data Center CBU)
Job Description:
-        Take responsibility of requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, coding, integration and quality.
-        Work closely with the parter team members to implement the goals of product release, including QA, UI Engineer, Tech Writer, Service Operation team, Supporting Team, Localization Team and so on.
-        Contribute the invitation ideas and have them implemented for the objectives of the origination and personal improvement continuously.
Requirements:
-        Two or more years of software product development experience.
-        BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
-        Excellent self-learn capability.
-        Be good on communication and team-working.
-        Good English written and verbal communication skills, as well as Chinese.
Prefer:
-        SaaS-related product development and deployment experiences
-        Data encryption experience.

6. Sr. QA Engineer *3 (Dept of Opening: Data Center CBU)
Job Description:
-        Design Test automation and do ROI analysis.
-        Design SaaS solution testing and execution
-        Design system level testing(Performance, Security), execution and tuning
-        Study new test methodology and improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
-        Responsible for subsystem or small product quality
-        Come out and consolidate project Quality and Risk report
Requirements:
-        Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related fields.
-        At least 5 years working experience in software testing
-        Self-motivated and proactive to solve problems and accomplish assignment independently.
-        Familiar with at least one scripting language such as Perl, Python or Ruby.
-        Familiar with at least one programming language such as C, C++, C# orJava.
-        Have automation experience.
-        Have knowledge of IT operation, Virtualization, SMTP and HTTP server, Networking, OS and AD
-        Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Prefer:
-        Have white box testing experience.
-        Have SOA design and testing experience
-        Have IMSS and mail product experience
-        Have CCNA, ITIL, CISSP

7. Software Development Engineer *7 (Dept of Opening: Value CBU, Core Tech)
Description:
-        Write functional specifications based on directions and requirements
-        Develop software modules from design specification.
-        Problem solving and troubleshooting against submitted cases from QA or customer
-        Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure best product quality.
-        Apply learned technical knowledge to improve software development process.
Requirements:
-        Solid experience with C++ development under Windows or Linux
-        In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and communication
-        2+ years experience of software developers
-        Detail oriented, analytical with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
-        Self-motivated, can work with minimum supervision
-        In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and communication
Prefer
-        Knowledge about Solaris and other Unix platforms
-        Familiar with product development lifecycle and process
-        Exposure to C# would be an asset

8. Senior QA Engineer *10 (Dept of Opening: Value CBU, Core Tech)
Job Description:
-        Test planning and test feasibility study, in parallel with the progress in product development plan and design stage
-        Test environment design and build up, based on the product goals in customer's requirement
-        Design product test strategy and methodology in performance, stress, volume and etc.
-        Automate the testing and improve the test efficiency
-        Test case design, execution, and bug submission, reporting, and issue follow-up for bug resolution
-        Design and analyze test quality with measurable metrics to ensure and improve the quality of the test process and deliverables
-        Provide product quality report, quality analysis for product release and further improvement plan
-        Deliver quality training and documentation for product supporting and sustaining
Requirements:
-        Capable in writing, reading email, tech document. Good spoken English to participate meetings is preferred.
-        Experience in test improvement as test automation or system administration in internet/intranet or security is preferred
-        Familiar with software testing; QA; windows/Unix platform

9. Solution Consultant * 1 (Dept of Opening: Core Team)
Responsibility:
-        Deliver high quality solutions to customers quickly, courteously and cost-effectively
-        Provide the highest level of technical support to our customers through technical expertise
-        Provide advanced Technical Support to customers.
-        Handle cases coming from Premium Enterprise Customers, Channels/Partners/Resellers as well as act as escalation point to our Level 2 support engineers.
-        Work closely with software development team and Service Engineering Group in identifying and resolving the problem; effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues.
-        Product Testing/Beta Testing
-        Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery
-        Email and phone support, willing to be assigned on night shifts
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
-        Network Administrator/Network Engineer/System Engineer/ System Integrator/Technical Support Engineer      
-        Minimum two (2) Years experience as a Network Administrator; or design and implement network for companies;
-        MCSE Certified for Windows NT/2000/2003 or Linux/Solaris Certified Administrator an advantage
-        Working knowledge in any of the following Applications:
-        Send mail, MS Exchange Server, Lotus Notes; MS Proxy, ISA, Firewalls (Checkpoint); TCP/IP, WAN, VPN
-        Knowledge in FTP, HTTP and SMTP Protocol;
-        Hands-on experience in Internet/Networking environment, and client/server applications
-        Knowledge in Cryptography, PKI, Penetration Analysis, Information Security Planning, Security Policy Development, Intrusion Detection, Threat Analysis, Network/Internet Security;
-        Certification on the following is an advantage: SCSA/SCNA, RHCE, CLA/CLP (Principal), LPIC, CCNA, CCNP;
-        Security Certification is a plus (ex. CISSP, SANs, GIAC, ICSA, etc).
-        Help Desk / Support Experience is an advantage
Core Skills:
-        Must have a good command of the English language (written and oral)
-        Effective customer service skills
-        Able to manage multiple complicated assignments simultaneously
-        Self-motivated and a team Player - able to work independently
-        Passionate interest in IT and possess initiative to keep up with current IT trends.
-        Enjoys working in a challenging environment
-        Knowledge in software test automation or experience in software test tools development is a plus
-        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-        Required language(s): Chinese, English.  
-        Optional language: Japanese

10. HIE Manager (Dept of Opening: HIE)
Responsibilities:
-        Lead a team of UI designers, a graphic designer, and technical writers to deliver quality products that makes our customers secure and provides a positive user experiences.
-        Promote the user-centered design processes in the product development process and enable the team to excel in the Trend methodology and standards
-        Manage day-to-day operations of the Nanjing team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved
-        Oversee simultaneous projects from inception to completion, reviewing project plans, designs, documents, and deliverables to ensure high quality.
-        Attract, grow and retain a world-class team of designers and technical writers
-        Manage the administrative aspects of the team (budgets, personnel, reporting)
-        Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork; cultivate an environment of sustained creativity and professional growth.
-        Work with key stakeholders to understand and promulgate a strong vision for user experience.  Establish and nurture good working relationships across functional groups.
Requirements:
-        At least two years experience managing a user experience(UX)/design team
-        At least five years of hands-on UX/design experience
-        Strong leadership and people management skills
-        Proven ability to mentor and develop skills in junior members.
-        Strong knowledge of product development process and project management
-        Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in the organization.
-        Master degree or higher in design, HCI, social sciences or related fields, or related experience.
-        Ability to speak Mandarin is a big plus.

11. QA Manager x 1 (Dept of Opening: Volume CBU)
Job description:
Manages, perhaps through subordinate leads/supervisors, the coordination of the activities of one function or department with responsibility for results, including time, costs, methods, staffing, and policy compliance.

Requirement:
-        Demonstrated experiences in team leading, quality improving and member growing
-        Hands-on test planning and enforcement based on customer and development requirement
-        Product quality risk/index analysis for decision making of product release
-        Strong testing, management, problem solving, communication and decision making skills
-        At least 5 years working experience, including 3+ years managing test teams

12. Developer Manager * 1 (Dept of Opening: Volume CBU)
Requirements:
-        5+ years of software development experience in Windows/Unix environment, knowledge of UNIX is a plus. Minimum 3+ years of development team management experience.
-        Demonstrated track record of managing a highly talented development team.
-        Strong development skill, and excellent organization communication, and motivational skills.
-        “Lead by example" attitude and passion about shipping high quality products.  
-        Be very good at project planning, management and execution.
-        Good team player and excellent communication and people management skill. Good English communication skill is asset. Having Strong Team building experience.
-        Good Risk management skill.
-        Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting ability.
