NOTE: If you are upgrading from 2.1.1 you need to uninstall the old version, reboot, then install 2.3.0. This is because of a bug which would prevent hashtab being unloaded, so the DLL could not be updated by the installer. If you see any problems about not being able to update hashtab.dll when you are trying to install, reboot and then re-run the 2.3.0 installer.
