You should possess a strong technical background and a good grasp of software engineering principles, exceptional problem solving, design, programming, and testing skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experiences in delivering software solutions. You should be self-motivated and self-directed and able to collaborate and mentor team members. A demonstrated ability to come up-to-speed quickly on a new technical domain is presumed. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are very important. Knowledge and experiences in machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, networking, and distributed systems are a plus. Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
