Responsibilities
We are looking for a Development Manager
- You will manage about 10 engineers' development team working on Windows, Linux, and/or MAC platform using C/C++.
- You will work with Product Manager, Sales, Support, Program manager, QA, and all other stakeholders across the world in local owned product lines.
- You will lead the local development team to take part in US owned product lines.
- You will be responsible for team performance review and productivity driven.
- You will be responsible for quick/accurate responses to customer cases & hot escalations globally.
Qualifications:
- BS CS or EE, or above.
- At least 3 years people management experience with overall 6-8 years software development working experience using C/C++ in IT/Software/Security industry.
- Full knowledge about Product Life Cycle.
- Agile methodology (Scrum) is a big plus.
- Hands-on technical experience of networking technology - Switch, Router, VPN, IAS, Network protocols, Certificates, etc.
- Understanding popular enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong business and technical vision of security industry, especially for China market.
- Experiences on customer response service.
- Leadership, excellent communication skills.
- Fluent Chinese and English.
