This utility convert xp visual style to vclskin skin file. it can convert 80% msstyles file, some skin file has bad caption button, you repair it in skin-builer.
It is very easy to use
1. Open an msstyles.
2. Choice an color sheme.
3. Click Convert button
4. the vclskin skin file saved in 'Vclskin' folder of application folder.
