我把整个目录都拷贝过去了，也能正常识别，安装的VMWare是同一个版本，试图启动时弹出下面窗口：

You may attempt to resume this virtual machine, but doing so may result in unpredictable behavior. Do you wish to try to resume this virtual machine?
选择 Yes
结果报错，弹出另一个窗口：
Error encountered while trying to restore the state of group monitorLate from file "D:\VM\Windows XP\Windows XP Professional-Snapshot41.vmsn".
点击 OK，出现下面的窗口就没了：
The virtual machine was unable to power on after restoring the snapshot.  The virtual machine will be left in a suspended state ready to resume from the snapshot.
