How do you know User Key Hash (2): 0xBB95 or 0x556D

What this process simple mathematical calculation.

As you can see the Account Number shown by the masterkey is 0, that's why I
said 0xBB95 or userkey D050 815C D1A2 A79D B1  is not going to work.
Actually, all the 6 sitecodes & sitekeys you have given shown that 0x556D is
the right User Key Hash (2). That's why I feel strange why you are still unable to
generate sitekey successfully.

Are you & your friend installing the same version of the software?

Since 0x556D is not working for you, so the only way is to check the program and
extract userkey from it. I have checked cks2D.tmp and do not find anything
useful. Usually the main exe or dll file will be the best to try but they are very
big files. I can't find any place on the net to download the
software, so cannot help much.

For the mathematics tricks, please follow the link I have given in my previous post
as I have told someone in another forum the same thing on how to do it.

Use ckInfo v1.09 to run this script. I realise ckInfo v1.12 generate different sitekey
when you run the above script. But if you manually input each value in command
prompt then the sitekey is correct. Could be a bug in v1.12 script handling
function.

User Key Hash is not same as User Key Hash (2).

What ckInfo request when generating sitekey is User Key Hash (2)
and not User Key Hash. However, due to the way the author of ckInfo
write the program, we have no choice but to follow his way in order
to use his program. Just run the script and you will know ckInfo actually
treat the value you entered as User Key Hash (2). There is a readme file
that come with ckInfo on how to write ckInfo script. You can refer to it.

From the readme file (script parameters.txt)

UserKeyHash

The hash value given by the /userkey  <user key> option (instead of using a password)

Values  : <integer> (0x0000 <= x => 0xFFFF)
Example : UserKeyHash=0x8CF5
Action  : CreateSiteKey

Obviously what it means is actually User Key Hash (2).

I know the program you are dealing with is A... R... 8.0 G... Edition.

I try to search for this program in internet but there is no download available.

Anyway, I am using ABBYY all the while.
