I have the exact same problem!

Another thing can someone confirm that matrix6 SR0 works with Rhino4 or it works just with Rhino3? Because after installing matrix6 SR0 i get the new message - see picture:

After getting this message it comes the favourite one "Hardware key not found".

Rhino 4 SR2 will work..

SR3 might work but if you have SR4 for rhino installed then remove it.

No, Rhino v3 is not compatible. Only v4.

The crypkey exe is working from screenshot.
The program will tell you if your Rhino software
is out of date.

i didnt use the level or options you used.

i always licence it for less than 1 year
no network licence
level =999
options =1

Well, finally Thanks to mozzie i realize my mistakes, and after fixing them the software finally starts working. YES and YES big big thank you to you mozzie and DrPete for all your help without you i still be scratching my head.
Now, because I’m so in to it, so i decided that go even deeper in to system to learn and understand more. That’s why i will try play with the updates and how to make non student version of it.

so, i installed the program and run the studentkeycreator.exe and got the site code "6CA6 0B59 4C30 1C40 ED"

then i tried to create my sitekey by using ckinfo but i couldn't...

that's all i did... by the way during writing the user key hash (2) i realized that it is not the same with the user key hash (seed)...
I don't know my site key and my user key hash (2), just i know my site code.. so i can not create the site key....

the challenge is with one sitecode above, it will license to different authorities depend on site key inputed/licensed (license privileges to access the application)

i think this one is coolz for discuss, trakcing step by step from the sitecode above until get the final destination - sitekey..;)

I have a question. I read the posts and tried to create my own sitekey. first, I found a site code and a site key from my friend which is working.
And then I obtained my user key hash (2) from that site key. After that i used it to generate my own sitekey.

Well, whenever i wrote it down to the student key creator, it was written that
" your student key has updated"....

but after all, matrix warn me that " error hardware key not found"

pls, help me where did I make a mistake?

hi everyone, this is my honest opinion, if someone knows how this works, i mean  really and true results, i see this and i think this is too much difficult, at least for me.
someone contact me lpqs_a09@gmail.com and ask me my sitecode, i give it and in a few seconds he gave me the true key. now ive been working really good but the thing is i dont know how it works, but if someone can put some manual of crypkey, the people can make their really tries, i see many people just want the key but really dont think how it works just ask the key. this is not bad but i think if we have a some kind of manual it will be easier.

            I and been just sent the latest crypkey build for 2009. Can you help me extract the userkey as i can not seem to find it before i add the upgrade. The file is only 1.4 MB and it just contains the crypkey information.
