从看雪学院下载的v9.2的SDK，按照readme方法编译过后没有办法执行genlic32.exe。总是提示all flexlm data not found in file: ..\machind\lm_code.h
使用lmcrypt.exe生成的demo能够运行并用lmwin正常checkout
编译过程：
2) To make a binary kit for a platform:
a) compile: makesetup.c
b) run command-line: makesetup RELEASE NONDEBUG i86_n3 MT
c) run the setup.bat file
d) run command-line: nmake /fpc.mak release
