1. About program

The powerful UPX scrambler, it remove some information in file and after that UPX can't
unpack file Besides, it can crypt jump to OEP.
+ support EXE/DLL/OCX PE files
+ change sections names
+ fully clear UPX signature
+ clear 5 bytes before signature with UPX version (UPX version > 1.24)
+ crypt jump to OEP
+ support Drag'n'Drop and command line
