The changes between version 4.54 and 4.64 consist of the following:
Added information about problems with AppVerifier to the FAQ's.
Enhanced the Key Activation for Direct purchase for Digital River tagged files, so that a program does not have to be purchased through the nag screens. Trial certificate was being kept.
Added logic to clear keys from the Windows\Temp directory, if found. This is for protected programs that run at the system level such as services and drivers.
Added more information about using DarkBASIC Pro.
