This small, FREEWARE utility is just a bin2hex and hex2bin, all in one
SMALL: Size is 3584 bytes
FAST: Highly optimized algorithm and I/O
EASY: CLI utility, takes 2 files and one option to reverse operation
POWERFUL: Handle unicode filenames, robust error reporting
PORTABLE: Just copy hexer.exe in a %PATH% folder, nothing else required
FREE: For both personal and commercial use
Usage:
hexer [-r] <infile> <outfile>
If -r is specified, process is reversed
