注意，现在第三部分已经不能完全下载了（只能到93%），但是据说即使没下载完毕，那个压缩包依然可以解压。

          1. Grab the torrent and download until 93.3%
          2. Copy the .7z into another folder
          3. Install 7-zip --> http://www.7-zip.org/ and export the .mbox
          4. Install Thunderbird --> https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/
          5. Create a fake account (info on how to here)
          6. Import the .mbox into local folder and click it (and wait)
