Error message when you run the Icacls.exe utility to set ownership of a file or of a folder on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 SP2: "Access is denied" 用上面KB文章中提供的Hotfix下载即可解决。另外，推荐SubInACL。适用于 Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP。还满足楼主操作注册表的要求。 Download SubInACL (SubInACL.exe) from Official Microsoft Download Center 2013-6-17 08:06 0
