Java SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Responsibilities:
• Analysis business and technical requirement and technical application specifications
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of project, execute the project based on TCS and CMMI quality process guidelines
• Provides design recommendations for unit and integration testing of applications to team members
• Ownership for client communication. Interact with international client and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Team management
• Explain technical/functional aspects to teammate
• Provide training and coaching the teammate
• Review the work completed by teammate
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in related technical or business area, specialized training, and/or equivalent work experience
• Requires 5 to 8 years of IT work experience
• 2+ years Banking experience is a plus
