(Senior) Android & Linux Multimedia Software Engineer
Accountability:
- Working on embedded Linux and android platform.
- Follow and consolidate development process.
- Working closely with software manager, transfer necessary expertise to the team.
- Activities will mainly include Android/Linux multimedia software research and development.
Job description:
- Design, implement and maintain multimedia and DRM related modules.
- Improve software stability, optimization the performance.
- Involve in research activities, answer the technical questions from other departments and customers.
- Work closely with software manager to build up and transfer necessary expertise to the team.
Required profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above majored in EE/CS.
- Experience on multimedia development more than 3 years.
- Be familiar with Linux or Android development.
- Be familiar with multimedia and streaming protocols.
- Experience on ffmpeg, gstreamer is strong plus.
- Experience on DRM such as MSDRM 10, PlayReady is strong plus.
