Responsibilities
• Collaborates with different parties (PM/QA/DEV/InfoDev/etc) to understand FSD/DSD clearly
• Have the ability to break down the task into small measurable pieces
• Implement brand-new software modules according to FSD/DSD on Windows platform.
• Read and understand the preexisting codes carefully and add new features or enhancements.
• Design unit test and integration test to make sure your changes are good
• Troubleshooting issues in the released product.
• Can work independently, with little or no supervision.
Qualifications
• 2+ years (MS) or 4+ years (BS) of experience on Windows C/C++ development
• Good C/C++ programming skills
• Good knowledge on Windows application-level development, including COM, UI, Network communication, IPC, Multithread, etc.
• Good troubleshooting capabilities using professional tools, e.g. windbg.
• Familiar with design patterns
• Familiar with software product lifecycle process
• Good team player with teamwork spirit. Be able to co-work smoothly with other team members, and with other stakeholders (PM/QA/DEV/InfoDev/etc)
• Good communication capability in English, including listening/speaking/reading/writting
• (nice to have) Security software development experience
• (nice to have) Software performance tuning experience
• (nice to have) Windows Installer, InstallShield, WIX experience
