要求：
Essential:
1.Experience of programming in a high level language such as C# or VB .Net
2.Understanding of TCP/IP and communication protocols
3.Experience of Database and unix
3.General computer literacy. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (use of electronic mail, calendars etc)
4.Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with people inside and outside of the organisation
5.Excellent read and write in English.
6.Bacholer or above degree in Computer Science or related field.
Desirable:
1.Experience of developing with C, java or VisaulStdio.
2.Knowledge of Enterprise Design Patterns
3.Understanding of n-tier architecture
4.Experience of Oracle and Unix.
