1. 计算机及相关专业大学本科毕业，英语听说读写熟练；
2. 软件行业技术支持工作经验2年以上。有网络安全行业工作经验者优先；
3. 具备丰富的计算机网络/软、硬件理论知识，具有现场解决问题的经验，熟悉 Windows 和 Linux 操作系统，对反病毒软件技术有对比性了解。有技术培训师工作经验者优先；
4.对Exchange,Domino notes 的使用和维护有一定经验，以及对邮件服务器，SMTP方面熟悉者，优先考虑；
5. 具有良好的人际交往和协调能力，性格开朗，逻辑性强，表达能力强；
6. 耐心、细致，责任心强，具有良好的客户意识。具有良好的职业素养，团队精神。
