Notes
I compile Dosbox with MinGW under windows. You will need pdcurses and SDL to compile it this way. You should use the following configure statement.
./configure --enable-debug=ida
You will need to define __LINUX__ or __MAC__ in your CPPFLAGS environment variable to compile for either Linux or Mac.
